Regular containers, as well as oversized ones, are made to suit your individual needs. The container chassis and the auxiliary chassis holding the subassemblies are made of hot rolled sectional steel or closed profiles. The superstructure has a closed-profile frame structure, steel-plated outer covering, and zinc-plated inner perforated sheet covering. Between the two sheet coverings is a 50 mm thick laminated rockwool insulation. As per your request, the container can be made with thicker insulation. The chassis and the superstructure are joined together with welded bonds. The material of the container frame structure is of SA3 surface quality, and is assembled after shot-blasting. The sheet covering of the superstructure is sand-blasted. The whole container has a painted finish and can be stickered upon request. In case of bigger projects,we can assemble the subassemblies. In case of special noise requirements, we can fit the containers with sound muffling boxes equipped with technical contents to comply with the sound insulation requirements.
